Our Story

About us

The Tvildiani family’s journey into winemaking began in 2014 when Joni Tvildiani founded Areshy Estate with a vision to share Georgia’s 8,000-year-old wine heritage with the world. With the support of his sons, David and Nikoloz, Joni’s dream grew into a family legacy. After completing their studies in the U.S., David and Nikoloz returned home, inspired to bring their family’s passion for Georgian wine to a global audience, especially in the United States.

Areshy Estate, a family-owned winery, is committed to producing premium Georgian Saperavi wine and sharing the rich tradition of Georgian winemaking to an international audience.

Located in the scenic Kvareli region at the foot of the Caucasus Mountains, Areshy Estate’s vineyard flourishes in the unique terroir of Kindzmarauli (Georgian wine zone), providing an ideal environment for cultivating exceptional Saperavi wines. At Areshy Estate, we combine traditional Georgian and European winemaking techniques with Georgia’s finest grape varieties to craft wines that rival the best from France, Italy, and beyond.
